Communist-era square white 7" flexidisc with a 2:41 edit of "West End Girls" in mono.Sleeve has a white/red logo box printed on the front with the text "Nr. 1 in England - Original TOP HIT aus Formel Eins".

Some copies, mostly send out to radio stations/press came with an additional promotion info sheet. For "West End Girls" exists two different sheets with two dates (check images #5 and #6).
